Where We Started
ASPM began with the purchase of a single automated facility in Atwater, California and has grown into a remote-first, full-service management company operating facilities across multiple states. Over the years, we’ve built a unique operating model designed to solve the biggest challenges in self-storage ownership—staffing, customer service, revenue management, and operational consistency.
Founded by Brian Weisman and David Jarvie, Anytime Storage evolved through early adoption of automation and remote oversight. Their work ultimately connected them with Adam Wagner and Chris Chitwood of Superior Storage and RCM, who shared the same vision for modern, technology-enabled self-storage operations.
On January 1, 2025, Anytime Storage and Superior Storage officially merged, combining operations, expertise, and leadership teams to form a unified management company positioned to lead the industry forward.

We combine advanced technology with a fully in-office concierge team to provide faster response times, more consistent service, and higher operational reliability than traditional on-site models. Our approach increases NOI, improves operations, and enhances the customer experience for every facility we manage.
Our concierge managers work together under one roof and are trained on each facility before they manage it. Local caretakers provide on-site support for maintenance and facility checks, while our remote systems handle access, communication, and monitoring.
