Pedro Segura

Pedro Segura brings more than two decades of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth within the self storage and digital services industries. Widely recognized for his relationship-first approach, Pedro has built his career on identifying opportunities, building trust with operators, and helping organizations expand their reach and performance in competitive markets.

Prior to joining ASPM, Pedro served as Senior Director of Business Development at Go Local Interactive, a leading digital marketing agency serving the self storage industry. In that role, he worked closely with storage owners and operators across the country to connect them with marketing strategies and solutions that helped strengthen occupancy, improve visibility, and support long-term growth.

At ASPM, Pedro leads business development initiatives focused on expanding strategic partnerships and helping operators discover new opportunities to improve performance. Known throughout the industry for his consultative leadership style and ability to build lasting relationships, Pedro plays a key role in supporting ASPM’s continued growth and national presence.

Pedro earned his Bachelor of Arts from Pittsburg State University and remains actively engaged in professional communities that support the advancement of the self storage industry.

Judy Roesch

With nine years of experience at Anytime Storage, Judy brings deep expertise in account management and administration. She excels at optimizing workflows to improve efficiency, strengthen operations, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Matcha Ruiz

Matcha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role in accounting at ASPM, working closely with Albert, the Director of Accounting. Based in the Philippines, she has years of experience supporting accounting operations, including work with Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. Matcha is known for her strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, reliable financial support.

Sydnie Wilda

Sydnie Wilda brings over eight years of experience in property management, development, and operations to her role as ASPM’s Business Development Manager. Known throughout the storage industry for her energy, approachability, and deep industry relationships, Sydnie excels at building meaningful partnerships that drive long-term growth.

Throughout her career, Sydnie has overseen a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and development projects, gaining hands-on experience in operations, tenant and owner relations, and financial oversight, including budgeting and reporting. As both an operator and a facility owner, she offers a unique, well-rounded perspective and understands the challenges and priorities property owners face firsthand.

Sydnie is highly involved in the storage industry and currently serves as a Senator of the Young Leaders Group, where she continues to expand her industry knowledge and leadership skills. She brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm to every partnership, making her a trusted resource and advocate for ASPM’s clients and industry partners alike.

Adam Wagner

Adam Wagner is an accomplished entrepreneur with over two decades of experience building and growing businesses that serve their communities with excellence. Since moving to Texas in 1998 with his wife of 26 years, Adam has founded and scaled multiple ventures across a variety of industries. While his academic background includes a B.S. in Aeronautical Science from LeTourneau University, his true passion lies in entrepreneurship.

In 2017, Adam co-founded Superior Storage with Chris Chitwood, leveraging his business acumen to establish and grow a successful self-storage company. His focus on operational efficiency, exceptional customer service, and attention to detail has been instrumental in Superior Storage’s success. Through this experience, Adam developed a deep understanding of the self-storage industry, optimizing operations and leveraging technology to improve both tenant satisfaction and profitability.

Today, Adam serves as the President of Anytime Storage Property Management, where he oversees operations following the merger of Anytime Storage and Superior Storage. In this role, he continues to drive business growth and efficiency while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service.

Throughout his career, he has maintained a steadfast commitment to perseverance and problem-solving. He believes that failure is not an option and approaches every challenge with a mindset of resilience, innovation, and a big-picture perspective. Whether leading a start-up or scaling an established venture, his mission remains the same: create businesses that positively impact their communities while achieving operational and financial success.

Brian Weisman

Brian Weisman is a seasoned investor and finance professional with over 28 years of experience in growing, operating, and investing across a diverse range of industries, including real estate, private equity, public equity, infrastructure, and alternative investments. Throughout his career, Brian has successfully co-founded, managed, and exited several businesses, including a SEC-registered institutional hedge fund, a solar finance and development company, and other successful ventures.

Brian’s professional journey began in investment banking at Montgomery Securities in the mid-90s. Since then, he has advised and invested for high net worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients, helping to grow and scale businesses across a variety of sectors. His most recent focus is on Anytime Storage Property Management, where he now serves as an investing partner. In this role, Brian is deeply involved in the strategic growth and management of the company’s expanding portfolio of self-storage facilities, drawing on his extensive experience in business turnarounds and real estate investments.

In addition to his active role at ASPM, Brian has been an investor and advisor in numerous ventures, including real estate, private equity, angel investments, and alternative debt. He continues to seek new opportunities where he can add material value, whether as a direct investor, managing partner, or board member. Brian currently serves as an advisor and board member to several startups, lower middle-market companies, and nonprofit organizations.

Brian holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an MBA from UC Berkeley. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, traveling, staying active through fitness and tennis, and exploring the outdoors.

David Jarvie

David Jarvie has built an impressive career in real estate and real estate development, fueled by a passion that began early in life. At just 23 years old, after graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Chemical Engineering, David purchased his first apartment complex—the first of many successful ventures in a dynamic and diverse career.

Over the years, David’s expertise has spanned the development of townhomes, single-tenant big-box retail, corporate offices, distribution centers, various shopping centers, and even a state-of-the-art crime lab for the State of Florida. In 2012, David acquired his first self-storage facility in California, marking the beginning of a thriving specialization in this sector. Partnering with Brian Weisman, David has developed, acquired, operated, financed, and sold numerous self-storage facilities, showcasing his ability to innovate and excel in a competitive industry.

Outside of his professional pursuits, David is deeply committed to giving back to his community. He serves as President of the Friends of the Academy of Music and Performing Arts, reflecting his dedication to supporting the arts and education. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, traveling, and cherishing moments with his wife and two daughters.

David’s multifaceted career and personal commitments highlight his drive, vision, and passion for making a meaningful impact both professionally and personally.

Chris Chitwood

Chris Chitwood is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with a proven track record of building and scaling businesses across industries. His expertise lies in developing business plans and transforming ideas into profitable ventures.

At 21, Chris launched his first company, a manufacturing business specializing in business forms for the Gulf Coast region. The company’s growth necessitated the construction of a 20,000-square-foot facility, later expanded to 36,000 square feet to accommodate increased demand. In 2002, he founded an oilfield service company, growing annual revenue with seven operational bases across multiple states.

In 2005, Chris partnered with Adam Wagner to open two licensed Starbucks franchises in Longview, Texas. After successfully running these ventures, he sold his interest in 2012. By 2016, Chris turned his focus to creating passive income, exploring real estate opportunities and identifying self-storage as an ideal business model. This led to the launch of Superior Storage in 2017, a company that utilizes “Smart Technology” to optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

Chris’s approach to business emphasizes operational efficiency and delivering measurable ROI. With decades of experience in manufacturing, oilfield services, franchising, and real estate, he continues to create opportunities for long-term wealth and growth.

Sara Day

Sara Day oversees ASPM’s customer experience, leading the team of Concierge Managers who serve as the face of each facility. With a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and operational excellence, she ensures every tenant interaction reflects ASPM’s commitment to concierge-level service.
Her leadership bridges people and processes, coaching managers to provide personalized support while maintaining consistency across all properties. From onboarding new facilities to refining service protocols and communication standards, Sara plays a key role in creating a seamless, high-touch experience that builds lasting tenant relationships and strengthens owner confidence.
Driven by a genuine passion for helping others, Sara ensures every tenant feels cared for, heard, and valued, embodying ASPM’s belief that great management starts with great customer service.

Albert Brandt

Albert Brandt oversees ASPM’s financial operations, bringing extensive expertise in accounting, reporting, and strategic financial analysis. He first joined the company in November 2022 as a part-time customer service representative before transitioning to a full-time bookkeeping role in June 2023. Over the next year, Albert’s strong analytical skills and attention to detail helped streamline operations as he balanced both bookkeeping and customer service responsibilities.
In February 2024, Albert shifted to a full-time accounting role, and by January 2025, he was promoted to Director of Accounting, where he now leads ASPM’s financial operations with precision and insight.
Albert graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & General Business Administration, with minors in Accounting and Management. His educational background, combined with his hands-on experience in multiple areas of the company, gives him a unique understanding of ASPM’s financial ecosystem—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and long-term fiscal growth across all managed facilities.
