As one of ASPM’s longest-standing team members, Kelly’s dedication runs deep, both to the company and the people it serves.
Before stepping into her leadership role, Kelly spent years as a Concierge Manager, where she built strong relationships with tenants, learned their stories, and made every person feel valued. Her warmth and commitment to service left such a lasting impression that many tenants still ask for her by name today.
In January 2025, Kelly was promoted to Director of Facilities, where she now oversees each facility’s caretaker, ensuring maintenance requests are completed promptly and properties remain in excellent condition. She serves as the vital link between remote concierge managers and on-site staff. She works behind the scenes to deliver a seamless, efficient tenant experience that embodies ASPM’s standard of care.
Jeff Roesch leads ASPM’s financial strategy, overseeing pricing, promotions, and budgeting to maximize profitability and maintain market competitiveness across all managed facilities. With a data-driven mindset and strong understanding of self-storage market dynamics, he plays a pivotal role in aligning financial insights with operational goals.
Since joining ASPM in April 2021, Jeff has been instrumental in developing and refining the company’s pricing models. He has also leveraged technology platforms like Veritec, SSM, TractIQ, and Radius+ to analyze trends and guide strategic decision-making. His proactive approach ensures each facility’s revenue strategy is optimized for both immediate performance and long-term growth.
Jeff’s analytical expertise, combined with his collaborative leadership style, makes him a trusted partner to both the finance team and facility owners, ensuring ASPM continues to deliver clarity, consistency, and strong financial outcomes across its portfolio.
Sydney Marsolan leads ASPM’s in-house marketing efforts, driving growth across every stage of the sales funnel through SEO, branding, review campaigns, and AI-driven innovation. She began her career with the company in 2018 while still in high school, working as a customer service representative, and gained firsthand experience supporting tenants and understanding the operational side of the business.
Throughout college, Sydney continued to grow within the company. During her senior year, she began working part-time in digital marketing and citation management, where her interest in data-driven strategy and creative communication truly came together.
After graduating summa cum laude with dual degrees in Marketing and Finance, Sydney joined ASPM full-time and stepped into her current role as Director of Marketing in June 2025.
Her rare blend of ground-level experience, analytical insight, and creative strategy allows her to connect marketing performance with real-world impact, driving occupancy, brand strength, and long-term growth across all facilities.
